RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Made to Order Every Deity FC jersey is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@deityfc.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost Orders If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production has begun and cancellations are no longer possible.

Final Sale All sales are final outside of the defective/damaged exceptions outlined above.
