SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All Deity FC products are made to order. Please allow 7 business days for production before your order ships.
Note: We do not currently ship to the European Union.
Delivery Estimates Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Deity FC.
Order Issues If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@deityfc.shop and we will make it right.
